SCALIA SINGS that there's no right to vote.
There, in a nutshell, is George Dubya's case.
And cable wing-nuts screeching on that note
	improvisations in each cam'ra's face.

Then journalists -- for fairness -- play along
  and drum-beat that impatience grows & grows.
Ignoring that there is another song,
	and dancing as if everybody knows:

   It's time for Al Gore, Jr. to concede.
	Democracy's not really what's at stake.
  No, it must be that Al Gore's private need
 makes him fight on. How much more can we take?

I've lost so much faith in so much so soon ...
But now I can count villains 
                         by their tune .
